Obituary
Terry Ames, 76, of Moberly, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022. He was born November 1, 1945 to the union of John Edwards and Maggie (Garnet) Ames.
He retired from Dura Automotive after 21 years. He enjoyed fishing, coon hunting, spending time with his family, and friends.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, and a brother.
He is survived by his wife Sharon (Wolfe) of Moberly, whom he married August 16,1969, children Darrin Andrews of Salina, KS, Tabitha Crowder of Fayette, Terri L Ames and Eric Shaw of Moberly, Scot Ames and Tawnty Larkin of Sturgeon, grandchildren Skylar Andrews, Emily Grey, Adrian Andrews, Stephanie Doubrara, Christopher Meyer, Bryson Ames, B I Kaylynn Ames, several great grandchildren, brothers John Ames, Lawrence Ames, sister Bonita Campbell all of Moberly, Mary Katherin Phelps of Hannibal.
Words of comfort and support were shared with the family at a public visitation held in the Cater Funeral Home Chapel.
