Obituary
Stuart Howell, 80, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2024. He was born, March 9, 1944, in Iowa City, IA to the union of Don and Hope (Hunt) Howell.
He served in the US Army and was honorably discharged. Prior to retirement he was associated with Orscheln as a Quality Control Inspector.
He was an avid Civil War enthusiast, and a member of the Masons Masonic lodge.
Stuart was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Stephen Howell and a sister Melanie Howell.
Stuart is survived by a brother David Howell of Moberly, a niece, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services honoring and celebrating Stuart’s life will be held Friday, May 24, 2024, 1:30 pm. graveside at Oakridge Cemetery, West Liberty, IA. Committal prayer and burial will follow.
