Ruben Garcia

Ruben Garcia, 72, of Moberly passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2022.  He was born  May 25, 1949  in San Antonio, TX to the union of Rafael and Juanita (Canales) Garcia. He was an Honorably discharged veteran of the United States Marine Corp. serving during the Vietnam War. 

He married Sandra Morris Anderson, September 22, 1995 in Moberly, Mo and she survives of the home.   Also surviving are his children Andrea Carr, of Moberly, Sarah Smith and her husband Mike of San Diego, CA, 5 grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Preceding him in death were his parents and a son, Ruben Garcia Jr.

Military honors celebrating and honoring Ruben’s life and service to his country were held at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery followed by burial.
