Paul Jamison Reynolds, Sr., 85, of Columbia, formerly of Moberly, passed peacefully from this life, Thursday, January 11, 2024 at his home. He was born December 6, 1938, in Moberly, to the union of James “ Chat” and Emma Reynolds.
Prior to retirement he had worked 35 years in the Columbia, Missouri, Parks and Rec department.
Survivors include his children, Paula Irons, Veronica Williams, Paul Reynolds, Jr. (Joyce), and Stacey Curtis (Tommy), 16 grandchildren, host of great-grandchildren, great-great- grandchildren, special nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Theresa Reynolds, his wife Vickye Dawn Reynolds, two brothers, William and Chauncy Reynolds, and two sisters, Joanne Strickland, and Mary Lou Mason.
Funeral services honoring and celebrating Paul’s life were held at the Cater Funeral Home Chapel. Private committal prayer and burial took place in the Oakland Cemetery.
