Martin Carver

Martin Carver, 76, of New Cambria passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023.  He was born August 15, 1947, Salem, OR., to the union of Fred and Hazel (Bennett) Carver.

Martin lived in Oregon until 2008 at which time he loaded up dogs, cats and chickens and purchased a home in Missouri sight unseen.  He found his own piece of heaven.  He loved fishing his ponds and tending his property.  Martin was in the United States Air Force as military police and a marksman.  In Oregon he was property management for large corporations.  He has two children and when he married Susan he gained 3 more that all loved and respected him completely.

He is survived by his wife, Susan, of the home, a son Michael Warren Carver and a daughter Marcilla Evans Carver both of Idaho, Sarah Allenbaugh, Sean Allenbaugh, and Shane Allenbaugh all of California, 14 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 2 brothers, Raymond Carver and Kenneth Carver, 3 sisters, Lorene Schmidt, Laura Presley and Marge Kelley other relatives and friends.

Martin was preceded in death by a sister Velma Coenta of CT and a brother Ronald Carver of KY.

To honor his wishes there will be no services at this time.
