Obituary
Maria (Mariani) Battaglio, was born in New York on June 16, 1946. Marie grew up in New York with her mother and sister. LeRoy and Maria married January 9, 1965. They had five children and lived in several states in their life together, New York, California, Arizona, Mississippi and Missouri.
Maria worked as a nurse, and she would often be working on a variety of crafts of her own.
Maria Battaglio is survived by two sons, Joseph Battaglio of Madison MO and Tony Battaglio and his wife Alma of Milton, FL, and two daughters, Kim Sharitt and Edith Ensor and her husband Matt Ensor, all of Holliday MO. Eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
A joint memorial service will be held Saturday March 28, 2026, 11:00 AM at The Good Shepard Mausoleum in Oakland Cemetery. Inurnment will follow.
