Margaret Dameron

Margaret Ann Dameron, 75 of Moberly, Mo  passed away May 24, 2025. Margaret was born February 10, 1950 in Moberly, Mo as the daughter of Ben Lewis and Raymond Hayes Sr & Edna L. (Dameron) Hayes.

Margaret had a warm, kind heart and spirit, always willing to help and feed anyone or anybody. She lend a hand whether she knew you or not. Margaret was loved by many, full of life and love. Margaret enjoyed cooking, baking, playing bingo, cards, video games, listening to music and reading the Bible. 

Margaret is survived by her sister's & brothers: Frances Stapleton of Columbia, MO., Connie Sills of Moberly, MO., Shelley Colley of Moberly, MO., Peggy Ewing of Norfolk, VA.,Carol J Smith of Moberly, MO.,Jimmy Dameron of Dallas, TX., Raymond Hayes Jr of Moberly, Mo and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Margaret is proceeded in death by her Father Raymond Hayes Sr, Mother Edna L. (Dameron) Hayes, Uncle Sonny Dameron and Nephews Ricco Morrow and Kevin Smith

Words of comfort and support may be shared with the family at a visitation Saturday, June 7, 2025, 4-6 pm, at the Cater Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services honoring and celebrating Margaret’s life will follow at 6 pm.  Private committal prayer and burial will follow at a later date.
