Marcus William Hunzicker, 75, of Moberly passed away Monday, January 30, 2023. He was born to the union of Albert and Oliveward (Ford) Hunzicker, April 1, 1947, in Lawrence, KS.
He was honorably discharged from the Navy and worked at Pacific Gas Company as a Senior Control Operator from which he retired in 2013.
Marcus is survived by a son, Marcus William Hunzicker II, of Moberly, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Ymelda (Garcia) Hunzicker, a sister Donna McCue and a brother Clare.
Words of comfort and support were shared with the family at a visitation that was held in the Cater Funeral Home. Services honoring and celebrating Marcus’s life were held graveside at the Lawrence Park Memorial Cemetery, Lawrence, KS. Committal prayer and burial followed.
