Linda Lee Silva Fish, affectionately known to all as "Gigi" or "Grannie," passed away peacefully on March 1, 2026, at the age of 87, surrounded by her loving family. She was a warm, generous, and unwavering spirit.
Born on March 26, 1938, in Chicago, IL, Linda was the only daughter of Bill and Naomi Silva. In 1952, she married the love of her life, Leonard Lee Fish, and together they built a life full of family and love in Moberly, MO.
Linda and Leonard operated Pleasant View Nursing Home in Huntsville, MO from 1965-1987. They later built, owned and operated Loma Linda Nursing Home from 1987-2006, which was later sold to youngest daughter, Sherri and husband Terry. Linda was a past member of the BPW, Altrusa Club, and First Baptist Church, all in Huntsville.
She was preceded in death by her parents,and her beloved husband, Leonard, and their only son, William.
Linda is survived by her two daughters, Amy Marchand (Cary) of Lehigh Acres, FL; and Sherri Sears (Terry) of Moberly, MO; and daughter-in-law Debra Fish of Huntsville, MO; and younger brother, Eloy Silva (Judy) of Tuscumbia, AL. She leaves behind six grandchildren: Alesha (Bill), Michael (Meri-Lea), Travis (Jennifer), Jeremiah (Cortney), Michelle (Brad), and Wallace; 13 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
