Obituary

June McDonald, 90, of Cairo, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021. She was born October 28, 1930 in Pana, IL to Paul and Irene (Hay) Schnutey.

June married Delmar McDonald on November 27, 1954 in Pana, IL and he preceded her in death. Also preceding her were her parents, a son Phil McDonald, grandson Waylon McDonald, and three sisters; Dee Lewis, Jane Gilpin, and Joyce May.

She is survived by three children, Larry McDonald of Cairo, Pat Agnew and her husband Bill of Fayette, and Donnie McDonald of Jacksonville, four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren with two more on the way, and a brother in law, Ralph May.

Per June’s wishes private services honoring her life were held at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery. Committal prayer and burial followed.
