Joseph Anthony “Tony” Chirillo, 42, of Sturgeon, formerly of Moberly, passed away, Saturday, June 22, 2024. He was born, December 11, 1981, in Moberly, to the union of Phillip and Ginger (Copeland) Chirillo.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Albert and Virginia Chirillo and Larence and Bea Copeland, all of Moberly.
He married Jennifer Thies on August 9, 2012 and she survives of the home. Also surviving are, his daughter, Aspen of Sturgeon his father, Phillip Chirillo of Moberly, mother, Ginger Woodson and her husband Mike of New York, a sister, Sarah Snyder and her husband Nathan of Cairo, a cousin Ron Chirillo of Moberly, other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers Memorials may be made to "Sleep in Heavenly Peace”
Words of comfort and support were shared with the family at a visitation that was held in the Cater Funeral Home Chapel followed by funeral services honoring and celebrating Tony’s life. Committal prayer and burial took place in the Memorial Park Cemetery.
