Obituary
Florence Carr, 78, of Cairo, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2020. She was born February 15, 1942 to Thomas, Sr and Lorene (Devenport) Carr.
She is survived by her brother Tom Carr and his wife Marilyn of Moberly, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters: Ruth Carr and Sue Fennel.
Per her wishes there will be no services at this time.
Friends and family have shared their relationship to show their support.
