Obituary
Ella Maurine Belcher, 50 of Roanoke, formally of Moberly, passed away Monday, March 1, 2021. She was born March 9, 1970 in Moberly to Harry and Hazel (Gravitt) Thorp.
She married Robert Belcher on September 8, 1989 in Moberly and he survives of the home. Also surviving include her children; Tara Belcher, Brooke Belcher, and Shasta Belcher and her fiance Joshua Albright all of Moberly, step children Chad Ripple and his wife Brooke of Clifton Hill, and Amber Lancaster of Maine. 11 grandchildren, two sisters; Rebecca Grisham and her husband James of Moberly and Kelly Goering and her husband Dominic of Independence, a real close friend; Merle Downing of Armstrong, nieces, nephews, and many friends that she considered family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson Brantley Gibson, a nephew James Grisham, and a niece Isabella Grisham.
Ella enjoyed spending time with family especially her grandchildren. She was always helping others and never met a stranger. She really loved music, and enjoyed her Facebook connecting with family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in care of the family would be appreciated.
A memorial service honoring and celebrating Ella's life will be Saturday, March 13, 2021, 11:00 AM at the Family Life Fellowship Church. A dinner will follow at the James Youth Center in Rothwell Park.
