Edna L. Lambert, 82, of Moberly formerly of Hannibal, MO, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2025.
Edna was born December 11, 1942, in Quincy, IL to Floyd E, Sr. and Margaret T. (Godert) Martin.
Survivors include her four children, Tresa Hodges of Laddonia, MO, Michael Lambert (Anna) of Bremerton, WA, Richard Lambert (Billi) of Hannibal, MO and Stacey Hayes of Hannibal, MO; 12 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren;
nieces, nephews.other relatives and friends.
Edna was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Floyd E. Martin Jr.; one sister Mary Joan Clark; infant sister, Dorothy Jean Martin; and son-in-law, Kenneth Hodges.
Throughout her years, Edna poured her heart into her home as a homemaker, creating a haven of comfort and happiness for all who entered. Her hands were rarely still, as she found joy in crocheting. Edna loved dogs, puzzles and video games, her competitive spirit coming alive with the adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog. Above all, Edna's heart belonged to her family. She cherished her role as a grandmother, her eyes filled with joy in the presence of her grandchildren. Edna's legacy is one of love, laughter, and the enduring bonds of family. Her memory will be cherished and celebrated, a beacon of the love and care she so freely gave.
