Doyle L. Durham, Sr. 75, of Macon, formerly of the Moberly area, passed away Wednesday December 11, 2024. He was born December 11, 1949, in Moberly to the union of John Luther and Bernice (Brown) Durham
He grew up in the Moberly, MO area, until he married the love of his life, Vickie McGowan, then moved to Macon.
He is survived by his 3 children. DJ Durham (Madonna) of Green City, MO, Doris Wiesenborn of Macon, MO and Kimberlee Romanetto (Kurt) of New Cambria, MO, grandchildren, Samantha (Nick) of Macon, MO, Brett (Briley) of Sedalia, MO, Nick of Atlanta, MO, Andrew of Macon, Trever(Kayla) of Macon, Tiffany(Carl) of Macon, Andi of Macon, Alex(Mercedes) of Brookfield, Kylie of Bevier and Paisley of the state of Minnesota, great grandchildren Braxtyn, Knox Brayden, Avery, Nathaniel, Rynlee, and one on the way. He is proceeded in death by his parents John Luther Durham and Bernice Durham, his beloved wife of 54 years Vickie Lee Durham and several close friends.
Funeral services honoring and celebrating Doyle’s life, were held graveside at the Grand Prairie Cemetery, north of Cairo, followed by a committal prayer and burial.
