Donna L. Powell, 68, of Plano, TX passed away Thursday, November 3, 2022. She was born May 15, 1954, in Tulsa, Ok., to the union of William and Edda Powell. Her father preceded her in death, October, 2006.
Donna graduated from Clinton High School, then went on to graduate from University of Missouri with a major in fashion merchandising. After graduation, she moved to Dallas, TX., and remained in Texas until her death.
She is survived by her mother, Edda Powell, a sister Cathy Sears and her husband Jim, a niece Keli Hurst and her husband Kyle, a nephew, David Sears and his wife Sarah, and four great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church in Moberly.
A private service honoring Donna’s life was held in the Cater Funeral Home. Committal prayer and burial took place at Oakland Cemetery.
