Charles "Spanky" Pollock

Obituary

Charles A. “Spanky” Pollock 61, of Moberly, passed away Thursday, October 20, 2022.  He was born to the union of George and Carol (Bates) Pollock, December 9, 1960 in Norwich, NY.

He married Teresa Ann Scott, July 17, 1985, in Moberly, and she survives of the home.  Also surviving are his father, and many other family members.

Charles was preceded in death by his mother and brother, Robert Pollock.

Charles lived in Norwich until 1969 when he moved to Springfield Mo, he served honorably in the USMC from 1978-1981, prior to receiving a Honorable Discharge.  In 1985 he moved to Moberly where he worked for 30 years at the Moberly Correctional Center, he made a lot of great friends that he cared for deeply.  He married his wife in August 1981 and again in July 1985, they have been married for 37 years.  His hobbies were bowling, playing pool, fishing, playing games on the computer and emailing.  He loved his cats and dogs.

Words of comfort and support were shared with the family at a visitation/celebration of Spanky's life, that was held at the Cater Funeral Home Chapel
