Charles E. "Chas" Sippel, 75 of Moberly died Sunday May 17, 2020 at his home. He was born January 28th, 1945 at Irvine, CA. He was the son of the late Billy and Mary (Bailey) Sippel. He was known as an artist. Mo oo

He is survived by his daughters, Michelle, Eleanor and Kate, grandsons Draven, Dorian and Case, a brother Wendell, other relatives and his fiancé Vickie Briscoe.

Per his request there will not be a public service. Cremation with care a service of Cater Funeral Home was held and his ashes will be scattered in the northwest.
