Beverly Sue (Dailey) Goosey, 84, of Cairo, formerly of Moberly, passed away Friday, February 21, 2025. She was born September 15, 1940, to the union of Willard and Dorothy (Watt) Dailey.
She worked as an RN in numerous hospitals and nursing homes, she loved being able to care for people. She was a member of The Eagles Club, enjoyed reading, fishing, crocheting, puzzle books, playing scrabble and cards with her sons. She also enjoyed traveling going to Arkansas, Florida and New Mexico but her all time favorite was Panama City Beach Pier! She also had a dog named Ginger that she adored.
Beverly is survived by 3 sons, Kameron Davis and his wife, Peggy,, of Moberly, Willam (Joe) Davis and Anthony (Shawn) Davis both of Cairo, 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, a sister Sandi Hastings of Crane, Mo., nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including lifelong friends Sam Davis, father of Kam, Bill Haffecke, father of Shawn, Aaron and Joe.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, a son, Aaron Blaine Davis and a sister Connie Morgan.
Words of comfort and support may be shared with the family at a visitation to be held Thursday, February 27, 2025, 4pm – 6 pm at the Cater Funeral Home Chapel. Private committal will take place at a later date.
