Betty Pearman

Betty Pearman, 80, of Moberly, passed away Saturday May 21,2022 with her family at her side.  She was born, August 25,1941 in Salisbury, MO, to the union of William and Mary Lou (Moore) Cruse.                       
Betty married Edward L. Pearman, February 20,1960 and he preceded her in death May 1,2008;  also preceding her in death were her parents and two brothers,Vernon and Charlie Cruse.

She loved spending time at their vacation home in Lake of the Ozarks fishing, swimming, water skiing, and spending time with family.  Later in life she and Eddie retired to spend all their time at the Lake.  After losing Eddie, Betty found a new companion in her beloved puppy Hollie. They spent the past 14 years keeping each other company and taking care of each other. Betty spent the later years of her life in Moberly, MO where she spent time making wonderful friends and found a church that she loved dearly.

Survivors include her children, Linda Brewer and Charles, Cindy Saunders and Kevin and Becky Pearman and Kim, 8 grandchildren, 11great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, 2 half brothers, Kenny Schnetzler and Angie and Denny Schnetzler and Michelle, other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made to the Humane Society.

Funeral services celebrating Betty’s life were held at the Timberlake Christian Church. Committal prayer and burial followed in the Memorial Park Cemetery.  Words of comfort and support were shared with the family at a visitation preceding the services.
