Bennie Warren, age 84, of Clarksville, Ark., formerly of Cairo, Mo., passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2022. He was born to the union of Basil and Mabel (Kraft ) Warren, March 14, 1938 in Cairo, Mo.
He married Barbara Lou Ransdell , July 14, 1956 in Higbee, Mo and she preceded him in death, February 28, 2015. Also preceding him in death were his parents, sons Roger Dale Warren, Russell Wayne Warren, his brothers Melvin, Gerald, Darryl, Eddie, Charles, James and Herbert Warren, and sisters Quanita Null, Alice White, Delph Walters, Helen Bowden, and Wanda Stacey.
Bennie is survived by his children Sheryl Rae Hollon and her husband Alvie of Ozark, Mo., and Sandra Gayle Townsend and her husband Lynn of Clarksville, Ark., eight grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Words of comfort and support were shared with the family at a visitation that was held in the Cater Funeral Home. Funeral services honoring Bennie’s life was held at the Cater Funeral Home Chapel. Committal prayer and burial took place in the Memorial Park Cemetery.
