Obituary
Carolyn Sue Mohr, 77, of Huntsville, passed away peacefully at her granddaughter’s home in Centralia, Saturday, January 18, 2020. She was born June 16, 1942 in Clifton Hill, MO to William Robert and Claudia Corene (Gorham) Stringer.
Prior to retirement Carolyn worked as a paramedic.
She married George Dale Mohr on October 30, 1964 and he preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were her parents, step-father, Fred Biere, five children, Debbie, Ricky, Nancy, Jim Crutchfield and Robbie Mohr, a grandson, Ryan Mohr and a brother Delbert Stringer.
Survivors include, 11grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 1 great -great grandchild, a sister, Maxine Holt, brother, Wendall Stringer and his wife Louise, daughters-in-law, Mary Crutchfield of Moberly and Sonya Ballard of Rolla, MO,mother-in-law, Margaritte Crutchfield of Huntsville, MO, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Carolyn loved to crochet, cook and travelling. She was fondly known as the cake grandma.
