Obituary

Adonas "Doni" Payton, 67, of Moberly, died Sunday, September 1, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born May 25, 1952 in Richland Center, WI to Raymond and Beatrice (Brandt) Smith.

She married Gregory "Greg" Payton on November 29, 2002 in Tucson, AZ and he survives of the home. Also surviving are her children, Lynn Saturley and her husband Kallen Hunstiger of Tucson, AZ and Nicole "Nicki” Jacobs and her husband Michael of Murfreesboro, TN, four grandchildren; Chelsea Ruiz and her husband Alex, Faith and Jake Saturley and Mahala Brandt, two great-grandchildren, Lillian and Riot, a brother James Smith and his wife Tammy of La Crosse, WI, a sister Carolyn Velez of Vernon Hills, IL, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Per her request there will be no public services. Cremation with care, a service of Cater Funeral Home was held. Private committal services will be at a later date.
