Obituary

Sherry E. Lacy, 77, of Moberly, MO, passed from this life, April 9, 2024. Sherry was born June 2, 1946, in Kirksville, MO, to the union of Ronald W. and Dorothy (Dunkle) Bogle.

She was married to Larry J. Lacy, and had 3 sons. Darran Lacy and his wife Tammy of Panama City, FL, Charles "chuck" Lacy of Athens, TN, Dustin "dusty" Lacy and his wife Tammy of Fulton, MO.

Sherry is survived by, Ann and husband Paul Seals of Laurens, SC, Jimmy and wife Kitty Bogle of Ottumwa, IA, Brenda Bogle of Garner, IA, Laverne Lacy of Moberly, MO, Pat Engel of Oceanside, CA, 9 grand-children, 4 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Tony Hitt, her brother, Ronald L Bogle, her brother-in-law David Lacy, and her grandson, Joshua Lacy.

Sherry loved reading romance books, sewing, and playing games with family and on her iPad. She will be missed by family, but happy she's back with Larry forever.

A funeral service honoring Sherry’s life will be held Monday, April 15, 2024, 11:00am graveside at the Memorial Park Cemetery. Committal prayer and burial will follow.
